    • Growth ($750/month): For growing businesses needing budgeting, support across multiple accounts, and more frequent collaboration.

    • Strategic (custom-quoted): For multi-entity or high-volume businesses that need a true financial partner.
      All plans are flat-fee, with no surprise billing.

  • We're a local team, not an algorithm or a call center. You’ll always work with the same person, and we offer in-person onboarding and check-ins when needed.

    We also support higher transaction volumes, multiple accounts, and forward-looking services like budgeting and forecasting.

  • The Starter plan includes categorization of up to 75 transactions per month, reconciliation of one bank and one credit card account, and delivery of monthly financial statements. It’s a perfect fit for contractors, consultants, and small shops.

  • Yes—especially during onboarding. We’re based on California’s Central Coast and work exclusively with local businesses. While most monthly work is handled remotely, we’re available for in-person meetings when they make sense.

  • Absolutely. If you need services like AR/AP, payroll, or custom reporting, we can either add them to your plan or suggest a tier that fits better. We’ll walk through all of that during our intro call.
